Welcome to the world of Ikusnahi

Ikusnahi is a Basque word that combines the verb 'to see'. 

It means 'curiosity', the desire to see, to know or to experience something.

We offer quality experiences, cultural, natural and gastronomic tours with the highest-quality providers.

Values and Personality

There is only one kind of quality (good, the best) but there are many kinds of excellence.

Excellence:

For some, excellence is a getting a good table at one of San Sebastián’s Michelin-starred restaurants.

We help them find it.

For others, excellence is a sandwich of the best bonito (tuna, fished only 50 miles from here) devoured in sweaty t-shirt, on a rocky peak in the Basque Country.

We also help them find it (and we provide the sandwich).

Origins:

We organize tours of the Basque Country and its surroundings. With the roots fixed deeply  in our land, and the branches open to the world.

ROOTS

The stones, the heritage, the monuments, the streets, the towns and cities of our land. We explain and narrate them with passion.

FLAVORS

We love to eat. We love to drink. We love sitting around a table with spoons, knives, and forks everywhere.

MOUTAINS

Just walking or pedalling you’ll fall in love with the mountains, sierras, forests and cliffs that we can’t wait to show you.

SEA

There are many ways of relating to the sea. Sailing it, surfing it, swimming in it, paddling in it, smelling it or eating from it. We work with them all.

Experience:

We have travelled the five continents, sometimes with a backpack, sometimes with a trolley, sometimes on a motorcycle with saddlebags.

We have created the tour agency that we would like to find when we travel to a foreign destination.

How do we do it?

This translates into a genuine commitment to what surrounds us: all the providers and producers we work with are distinguished by their ecological processes.

Likewise, we invest a percentage of our annual profits as a company to the social projects that our clients choose, through local or international organizations of their choice.
